Stratofan fans are covered by a 12-month warranty, extendable to 5 years (*) when installed by authorized personnel.We suggest having the installation performed by our installation crews to ensure a workmanlike execution including testing of the equipment.
In the event that the customer prefers to do the installation himself, please follow the instructions in the manual that comes with the fans scrupulously and carefully.Should the installation be performed by the customer, the one-year warranty will be applied to the specified parts (**).
(*) The extended 5-year warranty covers fan and control panel parts in case of defects or problems with materials or installation.Labor costs (disassembly, assembly and installation) are excluded.
